Proof

Innately I have always know that there was more to the world than witnessed by our five senses. I have always believed that we all posses a soul that shares a connection.. a connection to all other souls but with differing degrees. I have always believed that this life is just one chapter in the book of our souls existence. Shall we call this knowing, a spiritual connection.. a core belief..faith? The label ..irrelevant, this knowing I have acceped without question…never expecting nor seeking proof ..but proof has revealed its self.

The proof revealed itself upon the meeting of a stranger..it was as palpable as a hurricane, in a moment I knew this stranger was no stranger to my soul.
How else would you explain the jolt when your soul catapults itself from its elevated place of passive awareness into your head and heart to reveal and reconnect its self to a kindred soul. Like twins torn apart at young ages or loves lost young, that find each other decades later, that connection, that bond of the heart, transcends any feelings of awkwardness or insecurities one may initially feel.
How else would you explain the magnetic connection to another...another human being who’s life mirrors yours only in the facts that you both breath air, need food to survive and have a heart the beats in your chest. Your life experiences differ like the mountains to the oceans, yet you know that all that is immaterial…the packaging of current life holds no stock here. It is heart to heart, soul to soul, our conscious selves are merely the facilitators for the encounter.
Such an encounter is my proof that I have a soul with experiences independent of my current existence.

Hi Suzi,
A wonderful post once again my friend. Without any doubt I accept whatever you have revealed here. There's is no question of any belief, for that is inconsequential.

I can hear your whisper. They are true.

If you can and if you haven't please read this wonderful book called 'Only Love is Real. by Dr. Brian L. Weiss, M.D.' In every page you will hear the echo of the words you have mentioned in this article of yours.

Love,
CoolDeep

Suzi, something is coming together. I went to my first smoking cessation company sponsored meeting today..sooo inspirational. Then I received the following in an email...it all comes together and it is a great message! Love, Robyn "What's to celebrate?" some people ask. We all get our fill of the cynics. Their negativity can weigh down our spirits. But we don't have to let them control how we see our lives or theirs. To keep our own perceptions positive, it helps to detach from the naysayers. We will improve our chances if we consciously focus on gratitude for even the tiny blessings rather than on whatever might be wrong.

Becoming grateful is the strongest, safest means of feeling good now that we are in recovery. Not only does it readily alter our mood, but it changes our perspective on every detail of our lives. To be thankful rather than "thankless" is a small price to pay for unqualified happiness coupled with serenity.

We've all known people who radiate a singing spirit. They love life, themselves, and others. We seek out their company. We can be like those people for the travelers sharing our journey. Let's do it!

I will practice gratitude today and be a blessing in everyone's life.

Hi Suzi,

My Pain = Total Pain in the world / No. of living beings – My sacrifices + the pain caused me – The abuse suffered + the hatred spread.

One can reduce his pain by

Supporting life – Every life supported will ensure that there is an additional being alive to share your share of pain.

By not causing pain- There is already enough pain in the world please do not add to it by causing some more. Most pain is caused at home to ones own near & dear ones. Be soft in speech with neighbors, subordinates, colleagues etc. Remember any pain caused by harsh words will come back to you.

By sacrificing – A sacrifice can be by giving up some pleasure, giving up a habit, giving up a desire, giving up a asset small or big tangible or intangible etc. Every sacrifice lowers your assets but increases your living energy just as a balloon sheds weight so it can rise higher. When life itself is threatened why do you cling to material processions?

Abuse suffered – Every abuse thrown at you is transfer of karmic merit from the thrower accept it with gratitude for it comes at no cost.

Hatred Spread – Remember every day waves of pain are racing towards you from 4 corners of the world to surround and drown you and your family. Shield yourself by sending out the waves of love understanding and sympathy to others. There is no other way. Inertness will drown you.
